Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all transactions made on the Meera DigiGold platform.

Meera DigiGold is owned and operated by WEBMOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated under the laws of India.

Digital Gold Purchases – No Refund

All digital gold purchases on Meera DigiGold are executed at live market rates and are final and non-refundable once successfully processed. Gold is instantly allocated to your vault at the prevailing market price. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or market price fluctuations after purchase.

Failed Transactions

If your payment was debited but gold was not credited to your vault due to a technical failure, a full refund will be initiated automatically within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card). If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us with your transaction ID.

Duplicate / Erroneous Charges

In the rare case of a duplicate debit or overcharge due to a system error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days upon verification. Raise a dispute through the app or email support@meeragold.com with relevant transaction details.

Sell-Back & Liquidation

Users wishing to liquidate gold holdings may use the "Sell" feature in the app. Sale proceeds will be credited to your linked bank account within 2–3 working days after the sell order is placed, subject to applicable cooling-off periods and bank processing times. Webmoon Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee the sell price as it is subject to live market rates at the time of sale.

Physical Gold Orders – Refund Eligibility

Refunds on physical gold delivery orders are only applicable if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition (supported by an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery)
  • The wrong product was delivered

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@meeragold.com. Approved refunds for physical gold are processed within 10–15 working days.

Dispute Resolution

For any refund disputes, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
