Webmoon Technologies Private Limited provides secure physical gold delivery across most major pin codes in India through authorised logistics partners. If your delivery address is in a non-serviceable area, you will be notified before the order is processed. We do not currently ship internationally.
Physical gold delivery is available once you have accumulated a minimum of 0.5 grams of digital gold in your vault. The exact minimum may vary by product type (coins, bars, jewellery) and will be displayed in the app at the time of redemption request.
Shipping and transit insurance charges are applicable on all physical gold redemptions. The exact charges will be clearly displayed during checkout in the app before you confirm the order. Charges may vary based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
Timelines are indicative and may be affected by logistics partner delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will notify you via SMS/email if there is a significant delay.
All gold shipments are dispatched in tamper-evident, tamper-proof packaging and are covered by full transit insurance. Each package includes a tamper seal and shipment ID. Please follow these steps upon receiving your delivery:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your shipment through the Meera DigiGold app or directly on the logistics partner's website.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. One free re-delivery attempt will be provided. Subsequent re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges. If the shipment is returned to us and you do not request re-delivery within 15 days, the gold value (minus charges) will be credited back to your digital vault.
