Meera DigiGold is owned and operated by WEBMOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated under the laws of India.

By downloading, installing, or using the Meera DigiGold app or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Meera DigiGold. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. Accounts created on behalf of minors are not permitted.
As per RBI and PMLA regulations, all users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before conducting gold transactions. This includes submitting valid identity proof (PAN, Aadhaar) and address proof. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of transaction privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. Immediately notify us at support@meeragold.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Webmoon Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.
All gold purchases are executed at live market rates at the time of transaction. Gold is allocated to your digital vault instantly upon successful payment. Prices may vary due to market fluctuations and Webmoon Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee any specific price or return. All transactions are final once processed.
All content on the Meera DigiGold platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of Webmoon Technologies Private Limited. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Meera DigiGold is a technology platform facilitating digital gold savings. Webmoon Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for losses arising from gold price fluctuations, market downturns, force majeure events, or disruptions caused by third-party payment gateways or vault partners. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your active gold holdings.
Webmoon Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Meera DigiGold shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
