Digital gold is a live market-linked asset and cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Once purchased, digital gold is allocated to your vault at live market prices. Users may sell their holdings at any time using the "Sell" feature in the app at the prevailing market rate. No return or reversal is possible after a successful purchase.

Physical gold delivery orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Digital gold purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once processed.
Approved physical gold returns will be processed within 15–21 working days from the date of pick-up by our logistics partner. Refund (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 10 working days of return approval.
